By accessing or using Boiler ("Service") at MKamm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Boiler provides authenticated access to services through Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0). The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. Access to the Service is granted through Google Sign-In, and you agree to comply with Google's terms of service. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Modo Kamm or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Modo Kamm AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modo Kamm, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 10.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Modo Kamm operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
